Why owners and managers call us
Commercial work that stays organized on site
Built for occupied buildings
Elevations are phased so entrances, storefronts, parking and walkways stay usable while the work moves across the property.
Licensed and accountable

Finish matched, not approximated
Texture samples are applied on the building and approved before a full elevation is finished, so repairs blend into existing walls.

Answers
Commercial stucco questions
Do you charge for estimates?
Yes. Most commercial stucco work happens while tenants, staff and customers are on site. We phase elevations, keep entrances and walkways open, and stage materials where they do not block access or parking.
Can you match the existing stucco texture on our building?
Texture matching is a core part of our work. We produce a sample on the building — smooth, sand, lace or dash — and get it approved before finishing a full elevation so patched areas blend into the surrounding wall.
How is a commercial stucco estimate priced?
Pricing follows an on-site walkthrough. We measure the affected wall area, check the condition of the lath and weather barrier, note access and staging requirements, then return written pricing with the scope itemized.
Do you handle both repairs and full re-stucco?
Both. Targeted repairs address cracks, spalling and damaged sections. A full re-stucco replaces the finish across the building — and where the paper or lath has failed, that assembly is replaced before new coats go on.
